Undisciplined knowledge: tools for reclaiming collectivity

For the Open Office Dialogues, we invited participants to an afternoon of shared conversation, reflection, creation, and dining. Drawing on our professional backgrounds and practical experience with participatory practices, we engaged in an open and transparent dialogue on three key themes: multidisciplinarity, multilingualism, and multisensory approaches.
We aim to move beyond academic and/or institutional frameworks and expand and adapt these concepts so that they better reflect the ambiguities inherent in participatory practices.
How can we multiply the possibilities of knowledge and the reclaiming of space in an urban context?
Can we imagine a way to reclaim space that truly eliminates barriers? What if we first had to rethink what barriers are and who erected them in the first place?
If we cannot abolish power relations, can we at least make them visible?
